What are some biological changes in animals that resulted from the Neolithic Revolution?

I have some pictures from a slide show indicating animals such as wild cows were larger before being domesticated, which doesn't make much sense to me considering we ended up feeding and caring for them. What other biological changes occurred in animals?

  1. The ancestor of cattle were tough customers. I am not surprised that they bred a smaller tamer version. I suspect that had something to with making a pen that would keep them in or just the ability to control them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aurochs This has a good list of all the domesticated animals. http://www.historyworld.net/wrldhis/PlainTextHistories.asp?historyid=ab57 http://asci.uvm.edu/course/asci001/domestic.html Mouflon the ancestral sheep. It looked like a bighorn. I never realized they were so close to domesticated sheep. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mouflon http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d9/Muffelwild12.4.2008_007.jpg wild goat http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wild_goat Wild pig http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wild_boar
  2. The Human Animal developed Blood Type-B, and subsequently Blood Type-AB, within the past 10,000 years.
